The residents´ site is a service for inhabitants where you can take care of and manage your housing issues. All adult inhabitants on the house register can register themselves to the residents´ site. Using the site is free of charge. At the site you can easily find all housing information. You can for example see your contract details, invoicing, payments and property details. On the site you can send messages to our customer service or make a defect notification. The information transacts safely because the site is used identified. Notice that you need to start by registering a user account. The residents´ site is for current inhabitants so you cannot register or use the site when your contract has ended.
This way you start using the residents´ site
Before using and logging in, you need to register yourself as a user by creating a user account. For the registration you need an email-address that in the future works as your username. The registration requires strong identification to create a user account. Notice that for the registration to succeed, Pikipruukki needs to have your personal identification number and same email, saved on the identity card.

What can I do at the residents´ site?
Messages. The residents´ site is a safe way of communication. You can send a message to our customer service and answer our messages. The users are identified which enables handling contract- and personal information. You can also transfer attached files safe within the system.
Defect notifications. You can send a defect notification from the residents´ site. Fill in the information as accurate as possible and attach a picture if needed.
My economy. Contracting party can view the situation of rent payments and other invoicing and see payment information.
