Apply for apartment
Apply for an apartment by carefully filling in the application. The application is valid for 6 months at a time. The applicant is responsible for updating the application if circumstances change significantly. The personal details of every person moving in must be filled in. If you are in urgent need of an apartment it is recommended to select all areas in the application.
Please note that providing all required documents will speed up the handling of the application.
The following documents must be added to the application by all applicants over 18 years old
- Proof of gross income (salary, pension, unemployent allowance, from an entrepreneur the latest income statement and balance sheet, rental income, interest income, dividend income, alimony payments, adult education allowance)
- Most recent pre-completed tax return
Depending on the applicant's circumstances
- Study certificate by over 18 year olds
- Residence permit
- Notice of termination to the current apartment, eviction decision or fixed-term contract, if the need of an apartment is based on the current contract ending
- A proof of employment from the employer is needed from an applicant moving to the locality for employment
- Tax decision from the most recent taxation
- A statement of the assets probable selling price (condominium, property, fund, holiday cottage) and a statement on any debts concerning said assets. Regarding any owned properties, decision on property tax must be submitted
- Divorce decision or a certificate of the pendency of divorce, if the divorce affects the application
- Public health inspectors statement / demolition decision
- Certificate of pregnancy, if the pregnancy affects the apartment size
- Medical certificate, if health reasons affect the need of an apartment

- Information about housing allowance from your current apartment (it's not income)
Security deposit
The security deposit is equal to the amount of one months rent, minimum 400€ maximum 800€. The amount is deposited into our bank account before the tenancy begins. The security deposit is returned to the tenant when the tenancy ends, provided that the contract obligations have been met.
