Pikipruukkis residents’ site – Easy online services

Residents’ site are residents' own electronic service where you can conveniently manage and administer your housing matters. All adult residents registered in a Pikipruukki apartment can register on the residents’ site, and its use is completely free. Information about living on the site is always easy to find. There you can see, for example, your invoices and payments, and find information related to your property. You can also send messages to our customer service or report a fault through the residents’ site. Data moves securely within the service because you use it with identification. The residents’ site is for current residents of Pikipruukki, meaning you cannot register or log in to them after the lease ends.

What can you do on the residents’ site?

Messages. Residents’ site offers a secure way to communicate. You can send messages to customer service and reply to us. You use the residents’ site as an identified logged-in user, and therefore contractual and personal data can also be processed there. It is possible to attach files to messages and they move securely within the system.

Fault reports. You can report a fault on the residents’ site. Fill in the information as accurately as possible and add a photo if necessary.

Own finances. The main tenant can check the status of rent and other payments and view payment information.

Property information and maintenance contact information. In this section you will find information about the property and contact information for the maintenance company.

How to start using the residents’ site

Before using and logging in to the residents’ site, you must register as a user of the service by creating your own user account. To register, you need an email address, which will serve as your username in the future. You register for the residents’ site with strong electronic identification and by creating your own user account for the residents’ site. Please note that in order for the registration to be successful, Pikipruukki must have the registrant's Finnish personal identity code and the same email address saved on the registrant's personal card in its own system.
