Residents' Guide
The purpose of the Residents' Guide is to give useful advice and guidelines for living in our buildings. For example, the Residents' Guide tells you about the residents' rights and obligations, the rules for using the common areas, and issues related to everyone's comfort and safety. You also find guidelines for how to clean your apartment when you move out, or how to notify the lessor if you notice defects in the building or your apartment.
